Our Promise to You
Whether it's a sizing issue, a fabric concern, or simply not what you expected — we've got you covered. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to start a return. No stress, no hassle.
What Can Be Returned?
Almost anything! As long as it's in its original condition:
- Unworn and unwashed
- All tags still attached
- In original packaging
- Non-personalized items
Party dresses, tops, skirts, accessories — if it's from Eveningverse and it's in good condition, you can return it.
How to Return
- Email us: Send a message to support@eveningverse.com with your order number and a brief note about why you're returning
- Get instructions: We'll reply within 24 hours with return shipping details
- Ship it back: Pack the item securely and ship it within 14 days of approval
- Get refunded: Once we receive and inspect your return (usually 3-7 days), we'll process your refund right away
Return Shipping Costs
For standard returns, customers cover the return shipping cost. However, if the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error — we'll cover everything, including return shipping.
Refund Timeline
After we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The credit will appear on your original payment method. Your bank may take additional days to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? The fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order. This ensures you get your replacement as quickly as possible.
