How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, select your size and quantity, then click "Add to Cart." When you're ready, proceed to checkout and complete your payment securely.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at support@eveningverse.com. We'll do our best to accommodate changes, but orders are processed quickly and may not be modifiable once shipped.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping services. However, all orders arrive in clean, presentable packaging suitable for gifting.

How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Standard shipping takes 7-12 business days. Express shipping takes 4-7 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
How can I track my order?

What if my package is lost or stolen?
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact us within 7 days at support@eveningverse.com. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Are there customs or import fees?

Do you offer plus sizes?
We currently offer sizes XS-XL. We're working on expanding our size range. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when new sizes are added.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in original packaging.
Who pays for return shipping?
For standard returns, customers cover return shipping costs. If the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error, we'll cover all shipping costs.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually 3-7 days), refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The credit will appear on your original payment method.
Can I exchange for a different size or color?
